East from West – the exhibition is based on a series of interviews by Jan Kage with artists who were born in the GDR. It deals with artistic traditions, freedom of choice, systemic boundaries, and the present—35 years after reunification. Since January 2024, the conversations have been broadcast on Kage’s radio show Radio Arty (FluxFM) and published on Monopol Online. (Interview with Klaus Killisch)
