ARTIST: Klaus Killisch
TITLE: Where Is My Mind?
SCALABLE: yes
POSITION: free, where it looks good
COLOUR: ideally two-coloured as in the design (black/blue), but it doesn’t necessarily have tobe

INSTRUCTIONS: listen to the music of »The Pixies« while looking at the tattoo

CONTEXT: Drawing has always been an important part of Klaus Killisch’s work process. He can realize pictorial ideas faster and more playfully. He is fascinated by the reduction to the line and the omission of non-essentials. For the last few years he has been drawing a lot with pen and ink on A4 paper. This has resulted in an open series entitled »My Generation«. Inspirations from music, advertising and art history have been incorporated here. »Where ls My Mind?« is one of them. The music from the album »Surfer Rosa« by »The Pixies« was playing while he was drawing.
