Klaus Killisch KOLLAPS East-Berlin drawings 1987/1989
is the result of a collaboration with the artist duo Gfeller & Hellsgård. At the heart of KOLLAPS is a collection of black and white drawings by Klaus Killisch from the late 1980s, a time when East Berlin was a center of underground creativity and resistance. These drawings capture the raw, unfiltered energy of a time characterized by tension and change. Gfeller & Hellsgård’s contemporary color palette lends the drawings a modern sensibility and creates a dynamic dialogue between past and present.
